The B·R·A·H·M·S uE3 KRYPTOR test is an automated immunofluorescent assay for the quantitative determination of the concentration of uE3 (unconjugated estriol) in human serum. The B·R·A·H·M·S uE3 KRYPTOR test is indicated as an aid to be used in conjunction with other clinical and diagnostic findings for non-invasive risk assessment of fetal trisomy 21 in second trimester in pregnant women.
