Clinical indication
The B·R·A·H·M·S hCG+β KRYPTOR test is an automated immunofluorescent assay for the quantitative determination of the concentration of hCG+β (human chorionic gonadotropin hormone and its free beta subunit) in human serum. The B·R·A·H·M·S hCG+β KRYPTOR test is indicated as an aid to be used in conjunction with other clinical and diagnostic findings for non-invasive risk assessment of fetal trisomy 21 and 18 in second trimester in pregnant women.
